This Coffee Training Course covers everything from espresso extraction, grinder adjustment, milk texturing techniques, pouring techniques, to machine cleaning and maintenance.100% hands on!

Essential if you wish to enter the industry or learn to get the most out of your home machine.

A certificate of Attendance is issued.

Barista Pro

Learn how to work in a commercial environment, and gain speed and confidence! Learn to pour great coffee faster, acquire routines and learn all the tricks!

You will reach a production rate of  at least 50 coffees per hour! Results guaranted!

SITHFAB204 Prepare and serve Espresso Coffee (Nationally Recognized Unit of Competency ) is attained on completion of theory and practical assessments*

Latte Art


Bring you milk texturing skills to the next level.Very popular, and essential  to become a real Barista!

Introduction to all basic designs, Chocolate Art and layering techniques.

Learn to pour a love heart, a rosetta and a tulip...Great fun!

A certificate of Attendance is issued.
